this happened directly after recovering from sleep mode, i doubt it is the gpu driver or hw, i have hp elitebook 6930p and ati radeon 3450 hd card, i installed the latest driver from hp site, because i can't get the one on amd site to work, i used driver cleaner pro to remove the old files. here is the dump link, help please:

Generally bluescreens on power up from sleep are caused by driver malfunctions, maybe more than your graphics card. Check to see all of your hardware drivers are updated, including the ACPI driver.
