does my compaq windows 7 home premium have a webcam

Whether or not the computer has a web cam is independent of Windows 7 or any other OS. Is this a desktop or laptop computer? If you will provide the model number of the computer it would be a great help in answering your question. If it is a laptop the web cam is usually located in the middle at the top. You can also check under programs to see if you can find web cam software.
