In general no, except for connection settings -- e.g. the
type of connection might change from dynamic to static or
PPPoE; DNS settings might change. All this is in your
TCP/IP settings for the PC, and if you are using a MS
router, it's in the WAN screen of the router.

Qwest generally uses PPPoA which the MN-100, MN-500, & MN-700 don't
support. They also generally lease you a DSL router. If they sent you
a DSL router you would want to either stop using your current router or
if it is a wireless router switch it into bridge mode.
