I am getting an msi neo platinum motherboard with the A64 3200+, I have my choice between OCZ PC3200 EB Dual Channel 512MB x 2, or Corsair PC3200 XLPT Twinx 512MB x 2, as they are the same price. Which would you reccommend for this setup? Thanks for your help guys.

Let's see here, I can have Hallie Berry (Corsair) or Nicole Kidman (OCZ) for an extended weekend. Hmmmmm, tough choice here! I'll take Hallie Corsair!

Abit IS7 - 2.8C @ 3.4 - Mushkin PC4000 (2 X 512) - Sapphire 9800Pro - TT 420 watt Pure Power
Samsung 120gb ATA-100 - Maxtor 40gb ATA - 100
Sony DRU-510A - THAT'S MORE LIKE IT!

Agree with Cybercraig, tough choice, but I would lean towards the Corsair also.

I'd go with Crucial Ballistix PC4000. It's conservatively rated and will actually work at 2.5-3-3-8 PC4000 speed OR 2-2-2-5 with PC3200 speed. You get this RAM and you'll have the best of both worlds: The best timings now and the ability to overclock later.
