I just bought a LG 32" LCD tv model number 32lc2d. Its seems that I cant get past 1024 x 768 and Im connected using DVI to HDMI connector. I tried using the agp cable but still cant get past this resolution. Is it because my graphics card cant handle it ? Or am I missing something ? It says that the resolutions hold be maxed at 1360x 768. I also updated my video card drivers.
Any help would be appreciated..

Unfortunately you've made the common mistake of buying a LCD TV to use as a PC monitor. Of the common PC monitor resolutions, the largest the TV can display is XGA, which you have experienced.
So, here's a tip. (1) Watch TV on a TV. (2) Attach a PC monitor to your PC.
If you *must* have one display for both, try a 24", UXGA, 1920x1200 PC monitor with a TV tuner card in your computer.
I just got a 37" westinghouse 1080p lcd tv that i use for my monitor. I get rez of 1920 x 1080 (hence 1080p) Your tv is probably 720p or 1080i. In that case you cant get as high of resolutions. THat also might be whyyou cant get very high resolutions.
