I am on a wifi system and i am getting the following message duplicate ip addres

I am on a wifi system and am getting the following message. duplicate ip address. You must use a different ip address. I have been on this system for 2 years and have never had this message appear. What causes this and how do i correct this?

Make sure ALL the computers and laptops and anything else in the network is using DHCP....
