Blue rectangles on display

Hello,

I have any problem with my Thinpad T61. Last 3 weeks I have 4 blue rectangles on display (size 32x32 pixel). I think, that this is software problem, because, when I use Print Screen, this rectangles are there. Here is screenshot: http://www.obrazok.eu/files/uo9fzdzrj6b8b8go3h0l.jpg

I have also any problems with display, when i start computer (in bios and other windows while computer is starting)

Have anywho any idea to solve my problem?

Your GPU is failing. You need to replace it...which may involve getting a new motherboard.
