Go Buy Hero Sidekick--a print book, and its only 10usd!

Asking for a PDF of a work that isn't free is the same as stealing. And
you're in a superhero newsgroup, most of us generally frown on theft, we
usually root for the guys who beat on theives ya know.

Hence, why I don't suggest drawing too much attention and just quietly going
and getting a legit copy for yourself.

I'm embarrassed to say I didn't think of Sidekick. I've got enough of them
floating around the net.

If you're too cheap for FRED revised, get Sidekick. $10 and all the important
stuff. If you need everything, get a job and go buy FRED Revised.

Or should we be calling it FRED Jr.

Absurd.
It's the same as asking for help in stealing. ;)

Yeah--we're going to take that huge book, carefully scan it in for
you--taking hours and hours to do so, then send that huge file to you
for free after we paid for it.

i happen to own the book....i ownly requested it because i want to take it
on my labtop to my friends house and gamming sessions...it would be easier
to look something up by just searching and finding an answer at any moment
when i want

Huge old document--laptop--text searching for the appropriate keyword.
Faster than flipping to the right page, or using the index, and
passing it around? Hmm, don't think so.

Well, anyway, ejoy getting a scanner, OCR program, fitting the entire
book through, and saving the file. Come tell us how many many hours,
even days that will take you.

The labor of that should eliminate any time savings from using a PDF
for a ew decades.

It's available from Hero games web site, because the shipping cost was
going to be huge for me over here in Australia, I purchased it just
today after what seems like an eternity using a 2nd/4th edition amalgam...

VERY nice search feature :)

It's not cheep, but then I can only imagine the hours it took to produce
it in the format
