There are NO Windows 7 VGA drivers for the DC7100 SFF.

If you wish to have any graphics acceleration, you have to install an aftermarket video card.
  3. hi all! for those who looked for some drivers for vga adapter on HP dc7100 SFF, for windows 7 32bits edition.
This is how i solved the problem.
on your devices manager windows, clic right on "VGA adpater" then choose "properties"
choose "reinstall the driver on my computer"
Select on the the list 'Graphique card', 'Intel' and then the most important 'intel G965'
I don't know how, but it works very well!
P.S : sorry for my bad english!
  4. I use an old HP Compaq dc 7100 SFF with W7. My NVidia video card just packed up so now I have to use the integrated one. The standard W7 VGA driver supports the integrated video adapter but only allows for poor resolution (upto 1024 x 768 I think).
See for solution, but in case that link disappears...
Search for sp34749 got me a driver which allows 1920 x 1080. Install it. This results in a warning that it's not compatible with W7. Then use Manage devices for Display adapters to "update driver software..." and browse to C:\swsetup\sp34749
