Best Performance

I plan on building a new computer and I'm stuck on what memory to get for a setup like this Abit IC7-Max3, 3.0GHz @ 3.2 - 3.4 GHz / Swiftech MCX478-V for cooling, I have a ati 9700pro but I might have to get something diff due to ATI cards get buggy when o/c'ing. I was thinking of getting OCZ EL PC-4000 GE(2x 512); but I just want to know what y'all think and if anyone would go w/ some other memory.
