Hi, i have purchased from "hands" Dell inspirion 6400. But founded,that my Dell MediaDirect button dont works. i've founded link(http://users.wpi.edu/~nbold/R77061.EXE), where is dell media experience,but link is not working. Host have been deleted this file. =( In nearest computer store i have created a copy of original resource cd,but there no media expirience at all =\\\ please help somebody.

you have to activate it. i had the same problem quite long ago, so i forgot where you must activate. well anyway... point is, it is disabled.
