You really don't need two graphics cards for video editing. Video editing applications aren't GPGPU ready yet. They won't give you any advantage over one, and will only do work in HD playback. The stronger quad core with more RAM will be better.
Hey frozenlead, i am pretty sure that i am going to go with SAGER laptop. I am going to be talking to a rep at SAGER in CA, regarding putting together a high end laptop. Now you say, don't blow the money on the dual Nvidia GeForce 9800M GTX Graphics with 1GB DDR3 Video Memory in SLI mode, so if I go single card and don't blow my money on dual I will good just as well? If not, I will use the money to add the blu-ray burner drive.

Which gpu is better for hd editing from SAGER,
Single Nvidia GeForce 9800M GTX Graphics with 1GB DDR3 Video Memory
or
Nvidia Quadro FX 3700M Graphics with 1GB DDR3 Video Memory ??
Well, I guess the quadro would be better for me, especially since I will be working with numerous 3D effects and I need the rendering power to finish off the work asap. Thanks.
