hi i have a fujitsu laptop it was dropped down a flight of stairs the screen is weel beyond repair so i have removed the hard drive . it lets me format it but there are still 2 partitions and it wont let me acces the 1st one or delete it. is there any way i can wip this drive so it is 1 complete partition????

It's probably damaged, but you can try repairing it with the Ultimate Boot CD. Just google it.

i have installed windows onto the disk. it runs ok its just the fact i cant get into the 11gb or delete it

Use the UBCD to format that partition.
