I received my Samsung SyncMaster 941BW LCD monitor today. When trying to install the drivers from the disk, I would keep getting "Can not read errors." I looked at the back of the CD and noticed that there was not any data written to it at all. I received a defective drivers CD. Nothing really to panic about at this point, I can just go to their website and download the drivers. WRONG! They don't even have this monitor model listed! The closest thing they have is the 940BW which isn't the same, I know... I tried calling them and they didn't have any monitor specialists in. No one could help me. Right now I'm stuck using the plug and play drivers and believe me, it's not a very exciting time.

I was hoping that maybe someone on these forums had the drivers for this monitor handy, especially since a big part of getting this monitor was reading reviews from people on here. Please help. It would be greatly appreciated.

The CD that I have for the monitor includes drivers for the 940BW as well, so I would say that you are safe. I glanced at the specs, and they seem to be the same, though there might be some subtle difference in the case or something. Personally, I would use the drivers for the 940 if I couldn't get the 941, but they are both on Samsung's website.
YMMV

Roc what alternative driver would you recommend for the SM-2693HM monitor? The drivers from the disc and website are not working for me (prob due to 64 bit vista)?

Also Could I try using the 32bit version or would that mess my PC up?
