Which laptop will perform better?

Hi,

I am deciding which laptop will perform better:

The Acer Aspire Timeline Ultra M3:

The Toshiba Satelite L855:

I understand that the i5 2450m processor of the Toshiba Satellite is superior processor to the i5 2467m processor of the acer aspire but the acer aspire has a better graphics card, so which is going to perform better?

I would get the Acer model but spend the extra for the SSD (makes a world of difference). Even without an SSD, I think the Acer would be a better choice overall.
