This strange sort of thing has been happening to me of late. Many times when
i click the mouse buttons many times without or in conjuction with the scroll
button, the help of the current application jus launches unwantedly &
unexpectedly. This is very irritating at times. I have tried to figure out
the reason & also checked the mouse settings for special actions, but i
couldnt find anything.

Please help me out.

This may come from some software running in the background or the
mouse driver. See "How to Troubleshoot By Using the Msconfig Utility
in Windows XP" (http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=310560)and "How to
Perform a Clean Boot in Windows XP"
(http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=310353) for about how to
troubleshoot this.
