I'm looking into buying an Ultrabook for college, mainly because of the portability factor (I have a solid desktop computer at home, so I can do all the heavy stuff like video editing on there). I'm thinking about buying the HP Envy 6t-1000 Sleekbook, and I can choose three different Processor/Graphics combinations:

1. 2nd Gen. Intel Core i5-2467M Processor (1.6 GHz) + Intel HD Graphics 3000
2. 3rd Gen. Intel Core i5-3317U Processor (1.7 GHz) + Intel HD Graphics 4000
3. 2nd Gen. Intel Core i5-2467M Processor (1.6 GHz) + AMD 2GB Radeon HD 7670M Discrete-Class Graphics

I know it would be a no brainer to pick either option two or option three, however which one out of two would provide the best performance.

Thanks!

1 and 2 are the same price, 3 is $75 more. I mean I do watch a lot of HD video, but I'm sure a Intel HD 4000 should be able to handle that (even if it's Flash video), right?

HD 4000 will handle HD 1080p video and flash game no problem. The 7670m is there if you want to play games like Skyrim, Crysis 2 and Battlefield 3 (lower to medium). If you don't play games ever on the go (looks like it since you are getting the ultrabook), then save the $75 for a gaming build (if you game on PC), or spend it on console, if you don't game on PC, or spend it on something else if you don't play video games at all.
