AFAIK, no. Most, if not all, memory doesn't have a thermal diode or temp. circuit on the simm, so there's no way for a software program to measure it.

re the 'if not all' part: I wouldn't be surprised if some high-end memory mfg like OCZ has some method of measuring the ram temp, and may actually come with software to read it. However I don't know of any.

The other option is to get your own thermometer of some sort and measuring it yourself...

Geil ultra memory comes with a temperature sensitive sticker that gives you some idea of temps but other than that I know of no memory that shows you temps.
Memory doesnt normally overheat to be honest so its not a huge issue.

In actuality, sevral vendors are now manufacturing DDR3 DIMMs with on-board temp sensors. Kingston comes to mind. And JEDEC JC42.4 describes a standard on-DIMM sensor. (However, the sensors on my Kingston DIMMs don't appear to conform to the JEDEC standard!) The JEDEC standard s addressed specifically to mobile platforms with SO-DIMMs...
