Ok so here's the deal i have a Toshiba Satellite L355 4gb ram and 250gb HD CPU is a Intel Core Duo T5550 1.82GHz no idea of the motherboard i have vista home premium installed (yes i know vista's shite but could never be bothered changing) now the issue is this my computer when initially switched on recognizes power fans come on hard drive makes sound then all stops for 15 min then it starts all again and the initial boot screen comes up where you can access the utilities.. i can then use the comp as normal.. it does this on every boot up i was hoping one of you pplz would know why as ive never come accross somethin this wierd b4... any ideas?

I vote you do a BIOS update. Try that first.
