Hi. I have never bothered to use digital sound output on my 680s.

I have the orginal SB Audigy sound card.

Can I use hook these up to this sound card using the Audigy, also is digital sound that much better then analog?

Yes you can hook them up. I hear that audigy digital ports suck. Analouge is probably better mostly because the speakers themselves are analouge. All that decoder does is convert the digital signal into analouge anyhow. Give it a shot. Stay with what ever you like. It realy doesn't get much more simple than that.

You will only fell real digital output when your playing a movie or an ac3 music file otherwise digital sucks
