windows installer problem

I use a win xp professional with sp 2, it was ok untill when I decided to use
NiS 2005, when windows starts there comes a notification like
windows installer,
please uninstall and reinstall
windows doesnt support install nis 2005

how can I resolve this problem, I have proved uninstalling, I had cleaned
all the nis 2005 folders and the registry values by using tune up 2004
registry cleaner utility, but the problem persists

Just go to start - run and type in msiexec /regserver
This will solve your problem
