Why do you want it? There are alot better cpu's.

A motherboard change will require a new oem copy of XP.

you wont be able to fit any motherboards in a dell case. Their motherboards are suited only for their case. If you wish to get that cpu, you must buy a new motherboard, and case.

i have a dell 9150 with that processor.
I am upgrading right now.
I was thinking about selling the mobo and processor on ebay but if you want one or both let me know.
