Hello, malware or the removal of the malware took out the following file. C:\Windows\system32\b49t1e6a6.dll and a Net search didn't find the file. Windows is not usable

when you say malware removal - do you know what was infecting your computer ? I suspect its something to do with "Security Tool" which can stop access to your PC. The "dll" file your are missing seems to have a similar name to one I removed on a friends PC the other day.

Yes a clean install will replace any missing files - providing they are part of the Windows 7 installation
