Audigy 2/Doom 3 sound issue

i have a problem with my soundblaster audigy 2 ZS ,when i play doom 3 i get "distorted" sounds, it sounds like noise of some sort or static being channeled through my speakers ( thought its not it's maid by the soundcard). its the only game ( by that reson im guessing that it isnt a malfunktion) , ive had that problem and ive tryed all driver from sound blaster ( ie every version upto the newest) without luck. ive tryed driect x 9.0b and 9.0c no change. ive moved it from PCI slot 2 PCI slot to make sure it didnt conflict with nething, and still no luck.

does any one know of this problem and how to fix it, and/or does any one know if there is a program out there that can test "all aspects" in the card ( ie run through the whole Hz range and stuff like that ).
