hello guys, i need a laptop but i have some budget restrictions, so i want to establish what is the minimum hardware that can run HD 1080p and vista aero? will a dual core with intel GMA 950 be sufficient?
since i am from south asia, i wont have majority of brands ,or sufficient series of any notebook,so just wanted to establish the 'bare minimum ' hardware necessary for these 2 requirements.
