Copying text messages from samsung monte s5620 t pc

I don't know if you found a solution, but here are my two cents as a reply:

1) Insert an SD Card to the Samsung Monter and format accordingly
2) from the SMS messages, choose More and select the Backup. this will transfer the backup to the SD Card
3) Once you have done this to all the SMSes, connect the Monte to the PC
4) it will show as external flash drive.
5) Copy the txt files locally to the pc.
