Well with the DDR 500, you may get away with ddr 400 in it lower voltages and timmings than ddr400 ram and would give you the overclocking ability with room to spare.

Mobile Barton 2500+ @ 2420mhz 11x220 1.7v
Asus A7N8X Dlx 440 FSB
1gb Geil GD pc3500 Dual Channel (2-3-3-6)
Segata 80gb SATA 8.5ms seek
ATI Radeon 9800 Pro to XT(463/795)

It works with PC4000, because PC4000 is simply overclocked PC3200. I'd go with Crucial Ballistix PC4000.

Use the Crucial PC4000. That way, if you hit the "NEO wall" at 240mhz, you'll be able to lower your timings.

Abit IS7 - 2.8C @ 3.4ghz - Mushkin PC4000 (2 X 512) - Sapphire 9800Pro - TT 420 watt Pure Power
Samsung 120gb ATA-100 - Maxtor 40gb ATA - 100
Sony DRU-510A - Yellowtail Merlot

What kind of cooling are you going to use on the CPU? I dont think PC4000 will be worth it because I dont think your CPU will be able to overclock that far.

I would get some Geil PC3200 Ultra X, it is supposed to be the fastest RAM anandtech have ever tested. http://www.anandtech.com/memory/showdoc.aspx?i=2174
