Well finally got around to fully tuning. The sound quality of this card simply is not very good. Thank god it's not mine. The sound is bloated and there is a nasty roll off in the highs. For the asking price, it's just not worth it. It's ok as a gaming card, I suppose, just not for sound quality. People have even said the 25 dollar chaintec av-710 blows it away. I can believe it...it resamples everything so there is a decent loss in sound quality. I guess marketing works pretty well...

Ok... Then get somthing else. Not a lot of people here are fans of Creative anyhow.
