I have a toshiba satellite 4600 750mhz. Is it Possible to increase to a processor of 1.5gigs. also what size combo dvd/cd burner would be replace the dvd-rom in my note book.

Your notebook has a Pentium III processor, none of the models of which run at 1.5GHz. I doubt your notebook has 1.5GB of RAM, so what do you really mean by 1.5 gigs?

There is no standard for optical drives in the notebook world, your best asking the manufacturer for options.
