So I'm planning to get an ASUS P4P800E-Deluxe mobo, but I couldn't find a list of compatible ram.

I'm planning to get either one of these 3:
Kingston (KHX3200AK2)
OCZ (OCZ4001024ELDC-K)
Corsair (TWINX1024-3200LL)

Will there be any compatibility issues with either one of these types of ram?

Add Crucial Ballistix PC3200 to that list. Any of those sticks on the list should run fine too. 875 boards are a tad finnicky with memory so you will have to play with voltages and timings to find the best combo.
