I just got this IBM type 2645 series 600E when I turn it on it comes up error 162 and 163, it then goes into the day, date, time once I correct them it goes into a wall paper with think pad on it and a circle and inside the circle is a smaller circle inside it says off on the other side of the circle is a arrow pointing to a vertical line and below the line it it say on. Any help would be appreciated
