NERO and ram buffer fluctuation

hey, i have a samsung 352b and whenever i burn a cd, the buffer is jumping from low and high and taking twice as long so finish burning it. I had it working a while but now it just started to do it i guess. The drive is on the master drive with no slave drive connected on the same cable. please help, what can i do to sove this problem?

What about under properties for the IDE controller channels (or the individual devices) in the Device Manager?
