I have two sticks of 128mb, PC800, non-ECC in my
machine right now. I can add 2 rdram of 128 memory and not cause a problem can't I?
If I understand it though, it may drop the speed of my PC800 down to 711mHz
or whatever these two are.

You should be able to use all 4 sticks without dropping the speed down.
