Simple and 100% sure it will work

1- backup your data
2- boot from installation disk, delete partition and remake them for your needs
3- re transfer your data

harder way and might not work:

try this

or

download free programs that does that (bootable ISO)

In Windows 7 you can go to Disk Management in Computer Management to expand a partition.
Here's how:
Press the Start key or open Windows Start menu.
Right-click "Computer", choose "Manage", then go to Disk Management at Storage and right-click on a partition to "Extend Volume".
