Thank you for the URL and taking time to answer my question. My computer shows that there is no "audio device". I used to have one, where did it go?!

Are the speakers turned OFF or disconnected? Check and make sure that the power adapter for the speakers is connected and did not come loose (this happened to my speakers when I moved it from one desktop to another).

Also, verify that the audio device ir working properly in Device Manager.
