I'm looking to upgrade the RAM on this system and was wondering if the cheap stuff will work(for the inlaws 
). The prices for the "guaranteed" memory are just ridiculous and I'm pretty sure it's cheap stuff anyways. They just use it for e-mail/web, etc and they could use another 512MB for all the crap they end up running after I tell them not to.
It's an Asus A8N-LA/Nagami2L-GL8 MB. Here's the rest of the system info just in case.
Any experiences/recommendations?
