when i turn it on, it goes straight to my account, and a few seconds later it takes me back out to the login page. i continue to click on my account (which is the only one and there is no password) and it repeats the same thing. how do i fix this?

Sounds like malware. Get yourself an antivirus and scan it up.

I also suggest trying to start Windows in Safe Mode. After it loads, shut down your laptop, and start it up again normally. Let us know what happens please.
