Hi,
I have upgraded my PC from Win2k to WinXP SP 1 and hotfixes. Currently my PC
is running version 5.1.2600 SP1 Build 2600. After applying all the updated
updates and hotfixes I cannot run the Run As command from my Windows session
when I run it the shell exits for a second. The following error message is
logged in the event log

My PC is a part of a Domain and I am not a part of the Domain Administrators
Group or Local Administrator's group. I have tried logging in as user with
Domain Admin and Local Admin privilidges but the same problem
