I'll be upgrading from a dell 17inch to hopefully a 19-20 inch monitor.
My problem is I really don't know what to look for as far as the response time and "refresh rates" though I'd like to stay under $300 U.S

I'm not a hardcore gamer but I am prone to "episodes" and I watch alot of movies on my PC.
