Native Resolution is KILLING me :(

My 19" LCD has a navice resolution at 1280x1024 and all the text is sooooo small. Watching YOUTUBE sucks now. :?
On websites like MSNBC the pictures are tiny.
When I change resolution to 1024x780 the text sucks and some photos are distorted.

Any solution folks?? :(

You can set at native and increase font size for nearly all text except tool bars... this doesn't help with the pictures, though.
  2. Opera will scale everything in the browser (though, I don't know about flash).
  3. I just checked IE7... it also scales graphics.

I guess guess Firefox is sucking behind on that point.
  4. Maybe it's all just personal preference, but my 17'' monitor runs at that res and I don't have a problem with it. But like others said, try using a different browser that scales.

    yes...get a CRT
  6. Try changing size options in Windows/OS (e.g., use large font size), Web browser, etc. No need to use the defaults. Change them to fit your needs at 1280x1024. I had to do the same for my monitors.
