Hi Steve,
Have you tried reinstalling the game with your main account after
verifying that it is indeed set up as an Administrator?
Visit my MSN Zone.com and Gaming Help Site: http://mvps.org/nibblesnbits MS Games Help and Support Center: http://support.microsoft.com/?pr=gms My advice is donated "AS IS" without warranty; nor do I confer any rights.

I am the only user and the administrator. I have installed everything
from scratch including XP, AOM and the Titans. AOM lets me do the
upgrade but the Titans fail complaining about admin rights.

My games PC has no background security running.
I don't have a connection in safe mode. Do you know what the actual
upgrade file is called. Titans insists on downloading every time I
attempt to upgrade but I'm sure the file is already around somewhere.
