Kent,

When is this supposed to be released? Also, I keep waiting for
Apartment Story in the US. Is this already the case or is it
scheduled to be?

Very (hopefully) soon.

As for Apartment Story, there have been discussions with various US
channels, but so far nothing firm has been arranged.
