My computer hang after resume from stand by

i'm using DELL latitude E5400. every time i resume from standby mode, "My Computer" explorer will hang. And when i try to close the window, the taskbar will disappear. i have to run the "explorer" process again. but still, "My Computer" will not respond. But if i explore to other folder, it works fine (eg: i open other folder directly from the desktop icon)

i've checked here, but seem none of the problem describe mine

i'm a developer. so, i've install many software in my pc. and when this problem occur, i also cannot build my project in visual studio. my pc become slow. IE, paint slow.

Btw, i've install many other software which may cause this error. such as

Advance System Care
TeraCopy
