[Hint request] Necrotic Drift

I'm new here, and just stepped in to ask for some help with Necrotic
Drift. I'd appreciate it...

Basically, I don't know where to get blood for Casey. I've finished
the game otherwise, but this puzzle seems incomplete. The magic mouth
suggests that I not forget the blood, so I think I can get it, and
Emily Short's review refers to a bag of blood, anyway.

The spectre seems to be thirsty for blood for some reason, unless I'm
misinterpreting its moaning, and I can't find much use for the
revenant at all, except for a suicide mission...

I'm stumped, really.

It's a slightly obtuse puzzle: the bag of blood is inside a certain
object, and won't be revealed unless you LOOK IN that object. You
probably haven't thought of doing this because there was something else
inside when you came across it, something which had your full attention
at the time.
