am unable to use a lot of websites due to probelm with cookies. one said i
had to change the dates of cookies (at the moment they are all dated June
2017 although they were fine a month ago) could someone please explain how to
do this? i have tried clicking on the cookies folder but was unable to di
anythnig.

Check the system time. If files are dated in the future on your HDD,
then the system time may be incorrect.
Also check the system for malware like viruses, which may cause this.
