I have hp Pavillion dv1345ea Stop on HP Logo..and not response

M y Laptop are hp Pavillion dv1345ea

and when i power on.. it stop at HP Logo and not start at all
even when I press F10 to get in BIOS nothing happen ..
when i press ESC to "change boot order" it show me information about the laptop

i don't know if issue in the motherboard or in the BIOS .
that i already try to reset it by unplug the power and remove the battery and pressing Power button for 5-10 Sec ..with no hope ..
