should I raise timmings or maybe lower the core speed

System Spec's:

pioneer 108 pioneer 120s

Well actually if it is stable you should be fine. The extra speed and voltage is what is going to be the most stressful on the memory. The extra voltage and speed is going to create extra heat, therefore reducing their life. Of course this is gennerally a very tiny reduction in lifespan.

If it is stable, I'd leave it. If it really worries you that much, don't leave your system overclocked all the time. For the most part I only overclock my system when I actually think that I am going to need to.
