I have a wireless router and today I wanted to connect another computer to
it wirelessly and the following message appeared on my browser:

NETOPIA
Configured WAN/Internet User Limit Exceeded
Your Gateway is currently configured as a 4 WAN/Internet User version
Please contact your Service Provider if your require additional concurrent
WAN/INtrnet users
Note: Your Gateway supports unlimited Local Area Network (LAN) use.

I dont know if I can fix the problem buy configuring my router or by
changing it. Because if the probleme is with my internet service provider
than I wont be able to do anything but calling them

The error message is quite clear - you paid for service for only 4
computers. Contact your ISP for details and resolution of the issue.
This has nothing to do with whether you are connecting wirelessly or
wired.

Hello Laurent,

Thank you for using newsgroup!

First, I want to thanks for Carey and Malke's information.

From the message, it seems that your wireless ISP provider has a limitation
of concurrent connection. I suggest you contact the service provider to see
if there is any more information about this issue. Please feel free to
involve me and I am always ready to provide any information.

Thanks & Regards,

Ken Zhao
