Compaq Presario CQ-40 HDD Problem

I need you help about this because my laptop is logging on an account very slowly and i dont know how did that happen

Laptop Specs:
AMD Turion X2 64 RM-72 @2.10Ghz
ATi Mobility Radeon HD3200 Graphics
2GB DDR2 Ram
250GB HDD

Did you run a virus/spyware scan? If yes and it's clean, try creating a new account and see if that works faster. If it does, you can use that one as your main account. Just copy over the files to it, Favorites, My Documents, Desktop are the main ones you want.

And uhh everytime i play Source Engine game it would freeeze after 1min
