Email providers for windows 7

Hello,
Had windows email on myDell, (hard dry went) now have windows 7 on HP. My contacts have been saved in dcunents. Need to know haow to set up windows email and retrieve contacts.

hard dry? lol thats a new one I havent heard......never heard of windows email either but take a look at this

a bunch of free email programs you can try out...maybe you had windows live mail?

Thanks for advice - sorry for hard dry,etc., new keyboard making fingers work incorrectly. Getting it though! I'm all set for email set up....
